Best Songs
Here is a mix of awesome songs by different artists, from different eras of music. The reason i'm writing about these songs is because each song has a different meaning to me. It may be something happy or sad to me. But, songs are a great way to channel your emotions. Actually, the entirety of music helps channel your emotions. It's a way to get your feelings out without telling everyone what your problem is.
This song has special meaning to me. My moms best friend died of cancer last year, and I miss her more than anything. It's about losing someone you love.
This song describes a person who knows that the person they love isn't right for them, and they keep going back to them. I think most of my friends would understand why I chose this song. I make the mistake of going back to someone, not even as a relationship, and then I beat myself up about it. But then what do I do? Get the smallest scrap of attention and I fall in again. As Steve Perry sings the line, "Foolish heart, hear me calling. Stop before you start falling. Foolish heart, heed my warning. You've been wrong before. Don't be wrong any more." I realize that I need to move on!
This song has special meaning to me because agian, relationship woes. Now that I'm finally thinking of moving on, he keeps trying to pull me in. But instead of falling back into it, I burn up our memories.
